Refund policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We accept returns for any items that are defective, damaged, or unusable upon arrival. We also accept exchanges if the item delivered was incorrect. However, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges due to change of mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upon confirmation by us, you may elect to receive a full refund or receive a 1-to-1 exchange of the defective item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
